Excellent book. I know Bil and he is one of the wisest people I have ever met. The advice he gives is very worthwhile. One of my favorite things in the book deals with complaining and his approach is to absolutely crush the notion that complants without action get you anywhere. The only solution for a complaint is action. Bil has plenty of useful and real world advice that one can take to heart in this book. It is a fast paced read with great advice. I have this book on my kindle as a reference and believe me, it gets used, a LOT.Product details

I didn't receive this. I would really like to have. I read this back a long time ago and loved it!
